Milking The
penis
Jelqing is a method to assist enlarging the penis by increasing the
blood pressure within the penis.
This technique, also called "milking", involves wrapping the thumb
and index finger around the base of the penis while semi-erect and
repeatedly drawing them away from one's body to force blood into the
glans, thus encouraging more vascularity in the corpus cavernosa and
associated tissues.
Method:
When the penis is semi erect, grip the base of the penis with your
thumb and index finger, then squeeze to trap the blood inside the
penis and slide your thumb and finger toward the tip of the penis
while restricting the amount of blood that escapes your grip.
Repeat as frequently as desired and 30 - 50 strokes a day may result
is some growth over time. Divide the strokes drawing out to the
center, left and right, and if you have bent penis, make your
strokes to counteract the bend.
Whether jelqing actually works or not is a subject of controversy
and like doing push ups to strengthen your arms, the more you do,
the better the results and the exercises should at no time ever be
painful.
Risks
To much pressure and over exercise can result in; burst blood
vessels, bleeding from the urethra (which can lead to infection and
other complications if not taken care of), temporary erectile
dysfunction and, in the very extreme cases, bursting of the penis
itself.
Jelquing is best performed in conjunction with one of the many herbal
